LG G6 and Huawei P10, Two Very Different Styles to Find The Phone of The Year

As each day 0 of an important exhibition, the crème de la crème of the devices that we know in the Mobile World Congress 2017 already you are here. Not all, Sony will speak tomorrow, but if the vast majority of the major players in the market have already raised the curtain their presentations in Barcelona: LG, Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel, Motorola, Nokia and Samsung.

However, we only have two smartphones of noble class in this MWC 2017, and is that only LG and Huawei they have decided to officially show the LG G6 and Huawei P10 to reach the market before that no one, and make it trying to shoot first in a year that seems very important for the future.

None of the two Asian firms have saved nothing in the pipeline, but Huawei and LG bets could not be more different both in design and concept, creating two very different ways of understanding the high-end.

LG G6 and P10 Huawei, Huawei P10 and LG G6: two smartphones for the noble class, which could not be more different each other, forming are clearly two very different ways of understanding of high-end phones

In fact, and although leaks have removed a bit of that effect novelty that both us fair, the truth is that the LG has surprised us on a new basis to innovate that leaves out the equivocal modular concept; While that, for its part, already a giant Huawei also surprises us by settle for keeping its commitment, in this case perhaps negative surprise because the firm china only wanted to upgrade hardware in a design known without further fanfare.

Trying to be honest and as objective as possible, my feelings right now only lead me to think that seeing one and another device, the truth is that the LG G6 seems a serious high end to compete in 2017, while the Huawei P10 appears at his side a ‘super-mid-range’ with a super-hardware, but with a design very conformist. Obviously, It remains to be seen the price for being able to close a valuation to 100 percent.

They are harsh words for Huawei P10, but it is true that in the absence of seeing their prices or design front use help nothing to compete you to you with the LG G6.

In a previous assessment, lack that all actors speak and that the market deal cards, we didn’t want you quedaseis only with the feeling that words are not enough, so Here’s our analysis in video to the new flagships of the Korean LG and Huawei china, don’t them Miss!

MWC 2017 will leave ‘phone of the year’ title still open

It is true that neither LG or Huawei have been nothing, and that both the P10 and the G6 they incorporate the best that the market offers in terms of components, Obviously every one on his land, but have feelings encountered with one and another.

Huawei Returns to bet by own manufacturing hardware, upping the ante with the already known Kirin 960 chipset, but leaving the resolution QHD and 6 GB of RAM that you would highlight in the hands of the Plus version.

In fact, the Chinese firm is winning in terms of specifications, but not in size, because it has only 5.15 inches in few millimetres less that a G6 used to mount your panel of 5.7 inches. It has wrong looking away while Xiaomi triumphed with my Mix?

The comparison table does not say too much, both flagships are attractive, both powerful, but it’s easy to return to the issue stating that possibly Yes, Huawei has wrong being so conservative with the design.

Long time since we know that a high-flying hardware is not distinctive, and in search of that something else perhaps has been short the Chinese manufacturer, especially if you want to become the benchmark of the market.

At LG we must recognize the effort and courage, well leave the modular design – which will cost a good pico – to take a step back looking for the leap forward is a praiseworthy movement.

The G6 is attractive, with brand new and very modern lines, taking advantage of a similar size to the P10 Huawei to introduce a panel half-inch larger, adding further high quality construction, water resistance and hardware that only is you has fallen the Snapdragon 835 which has not arrived in time.

Will see prices of ones and others, but so priori we keep on the claim, and is that LG G6 seems a very serious high end this 2017, however, Huawei P10 does not wake up us wanting to update, for example, a Huawei P9 which we carry in the Pocket.

The debate is now on your roof and in ours, in users, who must decide which smartphone you buy if this year touch renew devices. Who you give the technical advantage to waiting for Sony, Samsung and others?
